Great customer service. Competitive pricing. If it was done wrong, they'll make it right. I spent 10k+ a month on tires there for work. They made sure I was always treated well. I no longer do regular business with them. They still make sure I'm treated right.
Avoid. Unfortunately they will sell you tires but not provide services. Went for a simple tire rotation of tires bought at this location and was told they’d be happy to do it in 3 hours. They’ll sell you the tires but will try to avoid servicing them.
Good tire just a little bit of a car sales feel to it. there some hidden up charges I probably stick with tire ramma the next time
Changed all 4 rv tires on spot while hooked up. Got me i as i was passing thru. Amazing service and swift completion.
This is my second time coming in. The first time my experience was excellent; we had gotten a flat and I needed all 4 tires replaced on short notice. They got us in immediately and had the job done within an hour.
A week later I discover a sidewall issue with one of the tires. They were able to get me in right away and replaced the tire without question.
The staff is professional and courteous. Their app is great; we took off for lunch and got regular progress updates. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want. Pricing was fair and transparent.

Traveling across the country and had some tire issues come up. Jeff was absolutely great to work with and quickly identified the problems. The whole team was quick and attentive, had a new set of tires on my truck in under an hour. No BS, just good service! Thanks Discount Tire team!
Great fast service would have gotten a 5 star but luckily for me they have a second check on install put two sizes of tires on truck
